Klosterquell Hofer Vertriebs GmbH (“Klosterquell”) respects the personal rights of the visitors to its website and is aware of the importance of protecting personal data. Which data are collected and how are they collected?

Klosterquell collects personal data such as first names and surnames, postal address and e-mail only if and to the extent that these are provided voluntarily. We collect from you personal data so that we can find out your opinion about our website and our products and so that you can enter our competitions.

Forwarding of personal data

Klosterquell does not forward personal data to third parties. The exception to this is the forwarding of personal data within the subsidiaries of Klosterquell. Even in this case, we only forward the data if the person in question has consented to it or if the forwarding is legally permissible.

Klosterquell can task other companies with the performance of various tasks, such as the performance of orders, support of promotions, execution of technical services for our websites, etc. These companies can access personal data if this is required for performing their tasks. Data protection of minors

We are particularly careful with messages to children and youths.

On our websites, we offer a multitude of attractions, such as games, for which the children do not need to provide any personal data. We only collect limited data about children under 13 and only as legally defined / with the consent of the parent or legal guardian. In the event of the aforementioned conditions, we also collect the e-mail address of a child in order to enable this child to enter a competition. We do not collect any further data from children under 13 such as their postal address or telephone number unless the consent of a parent or guardian has been given.

When participating in online activities, Klosterquell will not request that the children provide more data than that which is necessary for participating in the pertinent activity and which is legally permissible or which requires the consent of a parent or guardian.

If personal data has been collected about children, such data will only be used by Klosterquell and the companies performing technical or other services if the aforementioned steps are legally permissible or require the consent of a parent or guardian. The services provided by such companies include, for instance, the improvement of our website, the processing of enquiries and the holding of competitions. These personal data are not sold to third parties.


We ask parents to regularly monitor and supervise the online activities of their children. As part of the participation in online activities, Klosterquell will not request children to provide more personal data than necessary for participating in the pertinent activity.


Right to information

You keep control over all personal data you provide us with online. If you would like to change any information we have saved about you or would like to modify your consent to the sending of messages, please do so via the e-mail address below or by post.

You can inspect or have deleted data stored about you at any time or revoke your consent to their use.

You can inspect data stored about your underage child at any time, or request us to delete such data and/or to stop the further use of this data.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will never associate the device address / identification of the user with the data collected by Google.
